JNcQUOI is looking for a HVAC & Industrial Cooling Technician to manage the climate, ventilation, and refrigeration systems across our premium venues.
Ensure the operation and maintenance of AC systems, kitchen extraction/ventilation (hotte systems), and industrial cooling units to guarantee comfort and operational continuity.
HVAC & Ventilation: Maintain AHUs, VRV/VRF systems, and kitchen extraction (including UVC and electrostatic filters).
Refrigeration: Diagnose and repair cold rooms, cooling counters, and industrial freezing units.
Applied Electricity: Troubleshoot electrical command circuits, motors, and sensors related to HVAC equipment.
Digital Reporting: Manage all preventive and corrective tasks via Infraspeak (CMMS).
Field Coordination: Supervise subcontractors and provide detailed technical status reports.
Education: 12th Grade + Technical/Professional course in HVAC/Refrigeration.
Experience: 3–5 years in Hospitality or Industrial Catering environments.
Skills: Knowledge of refrigeration cycles, applied electricity, and technical diagram reading.
Availability: Shift work, weekends, and on-call rotations.
Valued: F-Gas Certification; ADENE (TIS) recognition; experience with BMS/GTC platforms.
