The F&B Head of Sales is responsible for defining and executing the commercial strategy for JNCQUOI’s Food & Beverage concepts, driving revenue growth across restaurants, bars, private dining, and events. This role leads sales initiatives, builds strong corporate and premium client relationships, and ensures the brand’s positioning as a reference in luxury dining and lifestyle experiences.
Key Responsabilities:
Develop and implement the F&B sales strategy aligned with JNCQUOI’s brand and financial objectives
Drive revenue across restaurants, bars, private dining rooms, events, and group bookings
Identify new business opportunities in corporate, lifestyle, luxury, and high-net-worth segments
Set sales targets, KPIs, and forecasts, ensuring consistent performance tracking
Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate clients, partners, and VIP guests
Act as the main commercial point of contact for high-value F&B clients
Negotiate contracts, menus, pricing, and event proposals in coordination with Operations and Finance
Ensure a personalized and high-touch client experience
Lead sales for private events, group bookings, brand activations, and special experiences
Collaborate with operations and culinary teams to design tailored offers and proposals
Oversee the end-to-end sales process: enquiry, proposal, negotiation, and confirmation
Work closely with Restaurant Managers, Executive Chefs, Marketing, and Operations
Align commercial initiatives with service capacity and operational excellence
Represent JNCQUOI at industry events, networking functions, and brand activations
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing strategies
Ensure all sales activities reflect JNCQUOI’s luxury positioning and brand standards
Prepare sales reports, revenue analysis, and forecasts
Track conversion rates, average spend, and event profitability
Support budgeting and strategic planning processes
Profile & Requirements:
Proven experience in F&B sales, hospitality sales, or commercial management
Background in luxury hospitality, premium restaurants, clubs, or lifestyle brands is highly valued
Experience managing corporate accounts, events, and high-end clientele
Strong commercial mindset and revenue-driven approach
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
Strategic thinking combined with hands-on execution
Strong communication, presentation, and influencing abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standard environment
Fluent in Portuguese
Excellent command of English (additional languages are a plus)
Flexibility to attend events, client meetings, and networking activities
