We are looking for Cooks with different levels of experience to join our JNcQUOI cooking teams.

Candidates should have a cooking degree, knowledge of HACCP, basic training and mastery of current culinary techniques, excellent time management skills, flexibility to work in different schedule and foreign language knowledge (English is mandatory).

We are currently looking for Head Waiters to join our team!

This role will be responsible for

Perform customer service;
Assist at distribution of tasks through all room staff;
Verify service room mise-en-place;
Daily transmit service specifications;
Receive and direct clients to their tables;
Advise customer on what to choose from the menu;
Managing the schedules, shifts and vacations of the room staff;
Manage all team issues;
Other responsibilities associated with the role.

About you

Previous experience in similar roles in luxury environments;
Excellent team management skills;
Deep focus on customer service and service standards;
Excellent communication skills and empathy;
Fluent in English (other languages will be a plus).
