At JNcQUOI Avenida, we create exceptional dining experiences in the heart of Lisbon’s most iconic avenue. We are looking for a Guest Relations professional who combines genuine warmth, polished presence, and strong communication skills to ensure an outstanding guest experience.
What you'll do:
- Be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a warm, personalized, and memorable welcome;
- Manage reservations, guest arrivals, seating, and table rotation, ensuring a smooth and efficient flow throughout the restaurant;
- Work confidently in a fast-paced environment with high guest volume and table turnover, while maintaining the highest standards of hospitality;
- Anticipate guest needs, manage expectations, and proactively address requests, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for;
- Communicate closely with the floor and management teams to ensure a seamless guest journey;
- Handle waiting times and unexpected situations with calmness, professionalism, and a solution-oriented approach;
- Represent the JNcQUOI brand with an elegant, welcoming, and professional attitude.
You bring:
- Previous experience in Guest Relations, Hostess, or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within high-end restaurants or luxury hospitality;
- A strong passion for guest experience and hospitality, with excellent attention to detail;
- Excellent English and Portuguese communication skills, with confidence interacting with international guests on a daily basis;
- Comfort working in a high-pressure, fast-paced restaurant environment, particularly with high table turnover;
- Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills;
- A polished, composed, and approachable presence, with a genuine ability to connect with guests.
