We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Store Runner to support the daily operations of our store. This role is key in ensuring smooth back-office processes and assisting the team with administrative and operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the store team with administrative tasks and daily operations;
- Manage stock movements, transfers, and organization of the stockroom;
- Assist in receiving, checking, and processing deliveries;
- Ensure proper labeling, pricing, and product organization;
- Coordinate internal requests between departments (sales team, logistics, etc.);
- Maintain accurate records and support inventory control processes;
- Assist in preparing items for display or client requests;
- Ensure the store maintains high standards of organization and efficiency.
Profile:
- Strong organizational and time-management skills;
- Detail-oriented with a sense of responsibility;
- Proactive and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment;
- Good communication skills and team spirit;
- Previous experience in retail or administrative roles is a plus;
- Fluency in English and Portuguese.
